It's called a mobile home, but in fact it's really a lovely holiday home. The Iris Parc mobile home is spacious holiday accommodation for the entire family. On campsite Birkelt, you have a choice of two models, deliberately named after the paradise destinations of Fiji, Bali, Waikiki and Tahiti. All of them have a lounge area complete with large dining table, a well equipped kitchen with a gas hob and large refrigerator plus plenty of storage space – ideal when travelling with children. On camping Birkelt mobile homes have some nice extras too: a TV, a coffee machine and a BBQ.
Different types of mobile homes
On camping Birkelt we offer six different types of mobile home. The Bali 1, 2, 3 (sleeping 4 people) and the Waikiki 1, 2, 3 (sleeping 6 people). But what exactly is the difference?
The Bali 2 and 3 plus the Waikiki 2 and 3 differ from the type 1 models in that they have a CD player and a wooden half-covered terrace. In addition, the Bali 2 is specially modified for disabled people.
Dogs are only allowed in the Bali 2 and the Waikiki 2. Please bear in mind that there is a mandatory final cleaning charge of € 50,- if pets are kept in the mobile homes.
The mobile home has two pleasant bedrooms. The Waikiki model even has three! In the main bedroom there's a double bed, complete with blankets and pillows and a wardrobe for your clothes plus other storage. The second bedroom is equipped with at least two single beds, often there is a third (bunk) bed. Sheets and pillowcases can be hired in advance or on arrival on site.
Camping in luxury with your own bathroom and toilet
Camping in an Iris Parc mobile home is like camping with all the comforts of your own home to hand. There's a bathroom complete with shower, toilet, washbasin and hot and cold running water. More and more often the toilet is separate from the shower room
Complete with garden furniture
With such good weather you’ll want to sit outside as often as possible. That’s why each mobile home has plenty space to relax outside. They have a wooden terrace and each mobile home comes with its own set of garden furniture. Usually a table and chairs and, of course, a parasol are provided. Specific details are given in the pricing panels for each mobile home.
